The 24 Hour Support module can be purchased in addition to a Level 3 or above support agreement for all Oak's customers and includes round the clock telephone and remote diagnostics support for any supported application (hardware permitting). Alternatively, all Level 3 and above supported customers without the appropriate 24 hour support module can elect to use the service on an ad-hoc basis, chargeable at £95 per hour + VAT. We offer 24 hour record / ProVoice support for recording calls and complete extension matching failure.

We offer 24 hour VoxPro support for assistance with answering calls, message taking, transferring calls and message retrieval.

We regret that we are unable to provide out of hours cover for general re-programming of call flow or notification, setting up extensions, data interpretation or detailed investigations. However, customers with 24 hour cover leaving a message of this nature in the mailbox can be assured of a priority service once business re-opens.
