The office will close 22 December - 2 January
Oak's offices will be closed from the afternoon of Friday 22 December 2017 and will re-open on Tuesday 2 January 2018. The cut off for dispatch of any orders will be 12pm on Thursday 21 December 2017.
But we’ve still got sales and support covered
We will be servicing sales enquiries and support queries for those customers with contracts in place during the festive period. Just call 0845 1362 625 for our normal service - note terms and conditions of our standard support contract do not include public holidays.
Our 24-hour emergency service will also be in operation throughout the break, all day every day. This is available on a chargeable basis to any customer with a support contract in place who requires assistance outside office hours or on a public holiday.
