This means that both ISDN and SIP can be recorded in a single solution which is ideal for the large proportion of customers who continue to use ISDN30 connections as well as a few SIP trunks. As and when their usage patterns change, Oak's Record software will change with them.
The new Oak software ingeniously combines SMDR information from the switch to give extension information for incoming and outgoing SIP trunk and ISDN calls.

Record 09 is part of the integrated Comms Suite of applications that includes call logging, call recording, CTI and display application.
