'The Quality Assurance and Process Systems continue to develop and improve'

These were the comments of an external Quality Assessor who carried out an extensive assessment of Oak’s systems over a 2 day period in August.

Oak’s Managing Director, David Rands commented : ‘During 2004 we have relocated all of our operations into our Poole office. This has necessitated a complete revision of our systems and in particular our ISO9001:2000 registered Quality Management System. Our Staff have done a tremendous job in achieving such a result and we are very proud of the team effort that has made this possible.

The core of the ISO standard is adherence to several business management principles. Two of these principles are “Customer Focus and Continual Improvement”. Oak’s aim is to give even more attention to these areas in the coming year’.
