Supported PBX's
Oak Telecom maintain standard translators for almost all available PBX’s and thus can provide comprehensive and consistent Call Logging no matter what PBX‘s you have installed. As well as standard translators Oak provide custom translators for customers requiring alternative reporting and call management, which varies from the Oak Unified Call Management Record format. For this service you need to contact your account manager. These files are managed with a Visual Call Editor or (VCE), which enables us to change the definition very quickly, or build new translators from scratch. The translator definitions are stored in individual XML files, which make the translations portable and manageable, external to our applications.
