We maintain standard translators for almost all PBX’s and thus can provide comprehensive and consistent Call Logging no matter what PBX‘s you have. These files are managed with a Visual Call Editor, which enables us to change the definition quickly, or build new translators from scratch. Translator definitions are stored in XML files and are portable and manageable, external to our applications. We can also provide custom translators for customers requiring alternative reporting, which vary from our standard format.
