Welcome to our tariff support section. Here, we aim to provide you with a comprehensive list of all the tariffs we are able to offer. If your Tariff is not listed here please phone the Costings Department on 0845 1362 625 for Custom Tariff Information, alternatively you can email us at costings@oak.co.uk. Below, you will find our list of supported tariffs, as well as information regarding custom tariffs.
Custom Tariffs
We can provide tariffs that are not on our standard list * (or custom versions of rates on our standard list). These are at a reduced rate for customers who have a support contract with us.
Support Levels 1 and 2 £95
Support Level 3 (During Warranty Period) £95 (subsequent years £50)
Support Level 4 and 5 no charge
Unsupported £150

* We require a comprehensive tariff table (i.e. a full listing of your carrier charges for all calls made). This information can be obtained from your carrier. We apologise, but Oak Telecom is unable to obtain this information directly due to confidentiality.
