Release 2.2 brings Clarify to the hosted market for the first time, using Oak’s own SIP technology to provide users with cost-effective, high quality recording and quality measurement with advanced compliance capabilities and management tools.

This release also extends existing on-premises integrations with Avaya IP Office and Mitel MiVoice Connect to accommodate complex multi-site businesses, allowing calls to be captured across highly distributed organisations and accessed via a single web portal.

Redundancy options are also included in the new release to satisfy mission-critical call recording scenarios, such as FCA and MiFID II compliance or critical service fulfilment, ensuring that recording continues uninterrupted and every conversation is captured.
