In recent years, Oak has moved away from call reporting to focus on recording, primarily our award-winning cloud recording platform ClarifyGo for Microsoft Teams. But we recognise that Teams customers still want a level of analytics traditionally provided via reporting software.
This is where Tiger has teeth. Targeted at medium to large enterprises, Tiger Prism delivers powerful insights to improve performance and decision-making. Conversely, it’s the recording piece that they have been missing.
